ZFSSA SAN issues with Linux kernels (failback/takeover)

Hi All,

If anyone experienced about our scenarios and known issue occurrance, please advise these to me.

Sooner our Cu configure the ZS3-2 Cluster Storage with the SAN configure of RedHat Linux.
Of course, Linux servers are configured with clusterware.

I think that our cu's system design plan should be hit the following bugs (16986119, 17171372, 17569587)
Above bugs are announced on 2013Q1.2.0 release notes.

I have to check the following and to get the reply from Oracle.

Here are my concerns.

Q1. Are the three bugs (16986119, 17171372, 17569587) is caused by ZFSSA root cause or host kernel root cause ?
Q2. Are these bugs hit at every takeover/failover ops on ZS3-2 Cluster (SAN FC configuration with affected OS release/Kernels) ?
