failed to load pdf document in bi publisher 11g

Hi Team,

we are using BIP 11.1.1.7.1 Version.when we select the out put for BI pubisher report as PDF then it is throwing the error as "failed to load pdf document" . we have huge data like 80k rows and users want it in pdf format.  HTML out put is running fine but when we select view as PDF , it is failing .do we need to change any configurations to support huge data?please suggest.
