Argentine Withholding F0411.ATAD (DCT= '$x') - E1 9.1 the withholding doesn't update the field ATAD,

The field ATAD.F0411 has to store information of argentine withholding?

Because I have an integrity report R04701 that show me information because the argentine withholding doesn't have information in the field F0411.ATAD.
