User / Group Missing from Admin Role

Good Morning,

WLS: 10.3.6 - Linux

It seems over the weekend all users and groups are now missing from the Global Admin role in WLS. The groups and user do still exist in OID. Within the default configurations for any debugging or auditing - do, will any logs reflect this activity? I've checked with my team and no one has made any changes to this server over the weekend.
