Customer Interface Program in Oracle R12 is filling up 100gb data on the server and the server is cr

Hi All,

We have a strange issue going on in the production instance.

We have recently upgraded to R12 from 11i on 25th June.

When we have been observing the customer Interface program , we could see that the program was gradually taking time for its completion .

Now when the program is running , it is creating 100gb + files on the server , which is further bringing the instance down.

This is the only program which is running now and it does not complete and we are forced to terminate the job.

it caused error due to unable to extend REDO table space on 2nd july and we requested the table space be increased and at that time it got resolved but now even it is generating more than 100gb +
