Arabic Junk data in SQL PLUS

I am facing issue with Arabic data, Arabic is enable on my server, in notepad no issue, i can see proper Arabic, through sql-plus junk data is displaying please advise, thanks

MY NLS_LANG = ARABIC_SAUDI ARABIA.AR8MSWIN1256
