Project conversion - Inactive Key Members

Hello, we are trying to convert historical Projects from a legacy system (10,000+). However we are running into issues because Project Manager and others though they already exist in Oracle are end-dated as of now. They are however active during the start/end dates of the Project.

We have an SR open with Oracle, but wanted to see if anyone has run into this issue and if there's a solution you found.

We are on 12.1.3.

Appreciate any help.
