Is it possible or how to upgrade to 10.1.3.4.2 for BIP embeded in EBS R12.1

Hi Kevin,

In MOS ID.1630732.1 Sizing BIP Components To Handle Large Volumes of Data with E-Business Suite XML Publisher / BI Publisher, which mentioned that in ver 10.1.3.4.1 there is a way to "Use Excel binay output files to avoid the large  verbose XHTML format output", so my question is,  how to upgrade to 10.1.3.4.1 or 10.1.3.4.2 for BIP embeded in EBS R12.1?
