system Call UBE

have found that a UBE containing a Report Interconnect statement always needs to have the statement double clicked so that just-in-time processing is performed.
The UBE is being run was originally executed from a call from a C "Launch UBE" BSFN (using jdeLaunchUBEEx or jdeLaunchUBEEx2 API ).

Can a Report Interconnect call UBE be made from a UBE launch from a C BSFN?
