Move rdbms $ORACLE_HOME

Hi,

Please help check my question.
If  move rdbms $ORACLE_HOME to another location. $ORACLE_HOME is the same (no upgrades,etc) but the directory where it's located will change.
What is the procedure to do that for rdbms $ORACLE_HOME that is Ebusiness Suite (R12) database?
What files need to change?
Where do we run autoconfig?
What extra steps we need to do?
