Remove the Job column from People in Hierarchy page

Hi,

We are currently on 12.1.3 version and our requirement is to remove the Job column where ever it appers in Manager Self Service responsibility.

When I checked the responsibility I could see that is it apprearing in pages like 'Personal Information: People in Hierarchy' , 'Education and Qualifications: People in Hierarchy' and many more pages.Basically I see that 'People in Hierarchy' is common page and I need to remove it from the page.

Can anyone helpme out how to get to 'People in Hierarchy' page n remove the Job field from this page so that it wont appear in any of the pages in the Manager Self Service responsiblity.
