How to migrate the EBS environment?

Split configuration

DB-Tier RHEL5(64bit) RDBMS 11.2.0.4

AP-Tier RHEL5(32bit) EBS 12.1.3

To

　DB-Tier RHEL6(64bit) RDBMS 11.2.0.4

　AP-Tier RHEL6(64bit) EBS 12.1.3

1．Could you tell me how to migrate  DB-Tier RHEL5(64bit) RDBMS 11.2.0.4 to RHEL6(64bit)? Can we use rapid clone?

2．how to migrate  AP-Tier RHEL5(32bit) EBS 12.1.3 to RHEL6(64bit)?Is it ok to perform the following steps on note#471566.1
