The Stability of RAC the private interfaces of which connects each other directly without switches

Hi all,

    I plan to create a RAC of 11.2.0.4. And the OS administrator told me the private network has been configured to connect each other directly without any switches. And they decided to use redundancy policy on it. Two interface will be bound as a private interface. Have anyone install RAC on that kind of architecture？ I just want to confirm the stability. Will it take any effect on  RAC?
