Maintaining remote subinventory

Hi,

I come to problem where in order to cash company would outsource its warehouse to third party. But the company would be selling the items through order mangement .

My question is how I should I design this so

End of life is maintined

Min-max replenishment is done

should create a new subinventory

Cycle count or physical count

if you can provide help it would be nice.
