HFM app cannot be opened

Hi everybody,

I faced some issue about HFM app cannot opened:

Windows2008R2

Installation & configuration: Planning & foudation & RA & HFM & FR & WA -- and  OBIEE

I have patched the ID: 12865428 for the following error.

In my case, after 2014/07/07 I finished the HFM installation and configuration, I have did some test for my operating：

1. I could create new HFM app and delete it successful, the same result is in DB that have created and deleted app tables;

2. I could using HFM the others functions but I could not open the HFM application...

3. I found out the HsvDatasouce can not be started when I was clicked the hfm application to open it...
