format record does not work

Hi All,

Iam working with BI publisher template builder for word 10.1.3.4.1

I  want to highlight report lines based on condition if duration >15 and I wrote the code but it does not work.

any one can help me PLS ?

You will find the XML tag in the first column with name format

Kindly find attached XML and RTF (just change the file with docx format to rtf becasue it is not allowed yo upload RTF)files.
