What is the Budget source Name in Budget Creation in Trade Management?

Hi Gurus,

I am creating Create Budget for one offer, Budget source Name is mandatory. Where I have to define source name?

I am trying add my offer to Claim, but my offer not display in list of value. what is the mandatory setups for this?

Please guide me.
