When approving  purchase order the following massage appears in the Asynchronous Services

and all other message stay in new in queue name (EOAW_APPROVALS)

Error grave de SQL. (2,125)

Name:GetNewWorkInstance  PCPC:3447 

Statement:51 Called from:PT_WF_WORKLIST.WorklistEntry.OnExecute

Name:Create  Statement:95 Called

from:EOAW_CORE.WorklistManager.OnExecute

Name:Cre


I attached an image  with the error  and it stay in course, how can I solve this problem.
