Time entry duplication during pre-payroll?

Has anyone experienced an instance where time entry on an individual employee duplicates during pre-payroll processing?  We import time through batch time entry processing and then load it to the E1 time entry tables.  All records were balances between the temporary Z1 table and the time entry table.  After pre-payroll was run, one employee had all time entry records duplicated (same time entry batch#).
