Use a range of the Order Volume as qualifier for a Modifier

Hi Pricing experts,

I want to use the Order Volume in in the Qualifier Context Volume as Qualifier.

I have to define some different ranges for example Order with a Volume between 0 and 1000 $ one special item for an new proce of 90,00 $

But with the setting:  volume>Order volume and this range the system never uses this modifier.  I can find no reason at all for this issue.
