ORPOS extract for a new store

Is there a process to send all the prices from RPM to a new store opening in future? This should include all the current and future prices. The current regular retail could be sent through pos_mods when the item-loc record is created. But how can we send the current and future clearance and promo retails?

This same question applies to the item extract for the new store. How can we send the items to a new store before the store is actually opened. The RMS to Orpos extract code has a check for store being currently opened. But we need store to be setup a few days in advance with all the items. Is there a process for that?
