While applying patch 9904647 some Oracle views did not compile successfully, stay in invalid state.

I installed the pre-reqs patches:

5930083:1OFF:PA.M:PERFORMANCE - 11I RECOMPILE BURD SCHED TAKES TO LONG

5930115 :1OFF:PA.M:PERFORMANCE- 11I RECOMPILE BURD SCHED TAKES TO LONG

4761660:FP.M Upgrade Issues:PA_COST_PLUS INVALID

6323851: FP.M UPGRADE ISSUES : CONSOLIDATED PRE-INSTALL PATCH

3485155: Projects Family Pack M (11i.PJ_PF.M)

5567973: 1OFF:5532063:11.5.10M:PAPMPRB UPDATE_PROJECT DEFAULT_TOP_TASK_CUST_FLAG SETTING

and some Oracle views did not compile successfully, stay in invalid state. They all belong to the FPA module and show the following error when compiling:

"[Error] Execution (20: 14): ORA-29400: data cartridge error

ORA-00902: invalid datatype"

in views
