PO cXML transmission using OXTA

Hi,

After setting up the punchout for a supplier, I created a PO and approved it. PO xml EVENT is fired from workflow and generated the XML output. I have trading partner setup so po is expected to deliver to supplier URL.

when I checked the ECX_OXTA_LOGMSG, I can see following message on Exceiption_text column.

Response: HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1

Content-Type: text/xml;charset=ISO-8859-1

Date: <today's date>

Connection: close

<ERRORS><ERROR><MESSAGE>Missing XML</MESSAGE></ERROR></ERROR>

Supplier mentioned that they never receive any XML file. I looked into oracle support but couldn't find enough document around this.
