One time address using XML transmission method

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Hi All,

We are using 'ONE-TIME' address in iProcurement for few non catalog requests and since the XML transmission populates the data in EXTRINSIC tags as one string, suppliers are unable to parse this data. As a work around I was thinking of sending this information via DFF at shipment level. At shipment level we would have

ADDRESS LINE 1

ADDRESS LINE 2

CITY

STATE

ZIP

With this approach we can let suppliers know which tags to look for when ONE TIME address is sent for XML transmission. However, the DFF information does not populate on the PO PDF document so it won't work for any supplier who is on EMAIL or FAX transmission method. Does anyone have a work around for this issue? Basically fields which would appear both in XML tags and PO PDF document is what I am looking for. Or any other way to send this information out to the suppliers. The issue is specific to PO's that have one time address.
