FRM-41106 Cannot create record without parent

I get the subjected error when I run the forms from EBS(e-business suite).

The problem is that there existed a Master-Detail form, for which I added a brand new column(say LOC_CODE) to the details block's table. I made it a LOV field in the forms.

when i compile i have no issue, I deployed the same in Oracle EBS and when i click on the LOV of the newly created LOC_CODE I get the subjected error.

My Master block is freezed from any kind of inputs, values is populated through a ctrl+ F11.

Note: i just checked in my detail block's trigger if the master blocks' value is retained/present.  so I feel i have values in my master block, this error is irrelevant. I'm kind of new to this please, help!
