Organization not being displayed in Space Assignment screen for Cost Center

Dear Experts,

When I am assigning space to a cost center Organization field is blank.

There are two Organization forms in Space Assignment form. I know one is for Projects, I want to know whether other is of HR Organization? And if I associate cost center with that Organization in costing information, then will Organization name be displayed when I select cost center?
