Concurrent Jobs Running 2x to 3x slower after Solaris reboot

We have an ongoing issue with memory leaks which requires us to reboot our Solaris application server after shutting down our Oracle EBS 11i environment.

After the last reboot, some of our concurrent requests starting really performing slowly.

Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how to investigate this as am new to EBS Suite and we are on 11i.
