Setting up CRM OnDemand Desktop Plugin

Hi,

I have downloaded the CRM On Demand desktop assistance. I have installed it successfully, however I am facing challenge in connecting to it when providing the credentials. The same credentials are working when I login to the application directly. CRMOD application I am using is a Multi-tenant pod.

Can anyone assist me on this.
