Slow database performance after migrating to Oracle RAC

Hi Experts,

We converted a database single instance from Single instance 11.2.0.3 on SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 to Oracle RAC (2 nodes) with ASM (Same DB version 11.2.03) running on SUSE Linux Enterprise 11. But database performance is 2-3 times slow on the Oracle RAC. We are observing lot of db file sequential read and oracle db file scattered read waits in the AWR. Not sure if the Oracle ASM is giving us the poor IO performance or some configuration need to done at the database level. Please help us to troubleshoot the performance issue after moving to the RAC.
