I am unable to add OAS targets on OEM 12c

Hi

I am unable to add OAS targets on OEM 12c .  I am currently Running Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Application Server Control 10.1.3.3.0.

I perform below steps to add targets and it says "No Targests Foun"

On Enterprise Manager  we go to Targets > middleware > add >  Oracle Application Server option and  then we input Oracle application server host.

Please Help with any Idea. also see screenshot attached for results
