Oracle Sourcing : Two-Stage RFQ Design

Hi,

In Oracle Sourcing when we activate the two RFQ, we have the technical part then the commercial part.

We have some examples with the commercial part first then the technical part.

I know that this is the design as Technical first and Commercial in the second part

Can i have the commercial in the first part of the RFQ, then the technical part ?

Is there any workaround ?

Is there any customization ?
