Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. getting error while closing service request window

While closing create service request window in 12.1.3 version, getting below error and also attached the screenshot for reference.

FRM-40735:CLOSE_WINDOW triggered raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
