Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error in applying patch 8626084

Hi All,

I followed Document 454811.1 "Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12".

When I proceeded to Step 2 and executed runInstaller in patch 8626084, an error exist when the installation is operating.

I would like to know how to fix this issue.

Attached please find the screen dump of the error.
