Customer / Supplier Address Issue

Hi,

When creating a supplier or a customer address, after selecting the country as SriLanka Address Line 1,2,3,4 , Town/City, Postal Code, Address Name all become mandatory. I want only the country, Address Line 1 & Adress name to be made as mandatory. How can I achieve this requirement?
