Golden gate replication abended, archive logs missing, ...

We have a golden gate replication set up, 1-way, between 11gR2 (11.2.0.3)  databases.  Golden gate version is 11.2.0.1.  The file system got filled up at the source server, over 1 month ago and the extract abended.   Now, we cannot restart it as those archive logs are missing.  This is a 1 schema replication, of ~180 GB.   What is the best way to re-instantate the replication.   Any helpful ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Is there any oracle note on this ?  As i am new to golden gate, a simpler explanation will be very useful.
