Attachments - Transactions and Receipts

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We will be using the attachments short text or long text to create comments on transactions and receipts when clerk does a followup with the customer.

Would like to stamp the user name for the comment on the screen using forms personalization, is it possible to update with username on the short text or long text as suffix after user saves their comments.

Could someone provide any assistance please.
