Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. errors when importing dat file in lock box interface

Hi i am getting following errors while importing the control file and data file in lock box interface.

sql*loader-500: unable to open file path with .dat name provided whole directory path

sql*loader-553: file not found

sql*loader-509:system error : No such file or directory.

i checked in meta link, and suggested may be caused due to incorrect extension but my file is .dat file only.

Plz let me know the reason for this.
