What version of Template Builder for Word do I use? EBS 12.1.3 & Version 5.6.3

In a 12.1.3 E-Business Suite instance we have XML Publisher version 5.6.3.  Does this mean I should be  using Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for word version 10.1.3.2.1 only?  Is there never going to be an upgrade for EBS users?  I noticed when I installed the 11g template builder there were some things that work in the template builder preview but not when we go to implement it in the EBS.
