Printing Requisition

Hi user

we are trying to when we are trying to print a requisition the following message appears

Fetching array element 3: index is not in range 1 to 2. (180,252) PV_REQ_PRINT.ReqPrint.OnExecute Name:getLines  PCPC:6312  Statement:87
Called from:PV_REQ_PRINT.ReqPrint.OnExecute  Name:writeFile  Statement:379
Called from:PV_REQSTAT_WRK.PV_REQ_ACTION_PB.FieldChange Statement:528

While fetching the value of an array element, the index was not within the  length of the array.

we attached an image of the error
