Measure Instersection Cardinality Impact

Hi Experts - After chaging the cardinality of some Dimensions, I am getting the warning msg that "Measure Intersection cardinality is larger than 64 bits" for couple of measures in my configuration. I understand this is a warning but trying to understand if does it impact in any way i.e performance etc?
