Web ADI journals with Excel 2013

EBS 12.1.3
Recently had our IT department begin installing Excel 2013 on users laptops.  Now, when a user launches the journal wizard, it creates the spreadsheet for the journal entry but when you click on addins in Excel there is no Oracle > Upload option.  I found a patch "18402256: OFFICE 2013 SUPPORT COMPATIBILITY PATCH FOR 12.1.3" which I have my DBA's applying on my test system.  I was wondering if anyone knows of any other settings that need to be adjusted in order to get this to work properly and/or if this patch will solve the issue for us.  Thanks for
