Work Order Interoperability

We are in E1 9.1 and would like to utilize the Interoperability feature in E1. We would like to activate an outbound process on any updates on the Work Order table F4801. Any add, changes, etc. in this table like WO Status update or anything needs to be captured in some Z File process. I was referring to the document R31113Z1I Work Order Inventory Issues Interoperability (Doc ID 1169303.1), however the Outbound process only has details about 'Inventory Issue Transaction Type'  in F3111Z1. However we are looking for a solution to capture all the records from F4801 in a Z table just like F3111Z1. Is there an available solution in E1?
