Mass Update for Per Diem Location Rates Causes Data Corruption

When using the Mass Update function in iExpenses Setup for Per Diem Policy Location Rates, the rules no longer work; i.e. it picks up the wrong rate even though on the setups it shows as updated. Has anyone run into this issue and is there a patch that fixes it?
