Troubleshooting Trace File Analyzer (TFA) and ProcWatcher (PRW)

After troubleshooting some RAC/cluster issues and watching a Webinar on the Essential Proactive tools we have attempted to deploy the Support Bundle KB (1594347.1) tools.  However, we have run into some minor issues and are looking for some help and support. Specifically with the Trace File Analyzer (TFA) and ProcWatcher (PRW) tools.

1) With regard to (TFA), we have had issues where TFA will not start after a reboot of the system. After poking around for a while, we were able to get the processes started again by re-nameing or deleting the <TFA_HOME>/database/BERKELEY_JE_DB/je.lck file. No help needed here as we can correct the issue now, but if there is a recommendation on how to keep the lock from sticking around in the first place that would be good.
