Oracle Database Appliance default parameters

Does the Oracle Database Appliance build databases with the Shared Server Option set by default?  I am new to RAC and we are actually using RAC ONE for Active / Passive failover.  I didn't see the option to set Shared vs. Dedicated during the default install of a database.  I found this comparing the init.ora parameters between a 9.2.0.8 database we are about to migrate to the ODA.  Just wondering how the Shared Server Options should be set on the ODA?
