R052901 New(er) processing option #6 Hours Only Timecards

In September 2013, we upgraded from Xe to 9.1. We run Generate Timecard Journals. Some of our employees don't have recharge rates but charge hours to work orders. Prior to the upgrade in Xe, these hours wrote to the Work Order Costing P48211 screen. Since our upgrade to 9.1, the hours aren't recording any more. I now noticed there is a new processing option out there. When I fill this with a "1", my hours record to the P48211. Great. My question is: Is there anything else I need to be aware of before making this tiny processing option change?
