Cannot proceed with accounting setup

Hi

I encountered an error when saving the legal entity -- "ID PH for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS".  There's this custom DFF made in the registration information of an LE. I  populated the DFF and it was successfully saved but when I tried to create the Accounting Setup, it wont allow me anymore and an error pops to call the system admin. 

Error said (few lines only)

Exception Details. 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException

  at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)

  at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1169)
