Not able to give the profile value for the CSF: Default Effort UOM

Dear Gurus,

I am unable to put the profile value for the below profile options. I have already done the setup for UOM , Time units of measure.  PFA screen shot of error message.

CSF: Default Effort UOM

CSF:Service Debrief Default UOM for Labor
