How to Create Datalevel Security in BI Publisher

Dear Team,

My requirement is want to restrict the data Division wise.

If 'Patiala' Division ETO is logged into BIP application he can see only 'Patiala' Division data only for other divisions the data is not visible to this user in this way i need to restrict the data.

here we are using Division as parameter if he selected Patiala from Parameter data restricted to Patiala only and he dont have permission to select other divisions from parameter.

Please suggest the solution .
