Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When I make a Misc Issue

The following Journal entries are created

DR Offset a/c 3.38

CR Inventory Valuation a/c 3.38

Please see my attached file.

My questions are

1. What is offset a/c have to do with Misc issue?

2. Why I am getting the value of 3.38?
